END OF TENANCY.

We are vastly experienced in End of Tenancy Cleaning and work alongside Tenants, Estate Agents, and Landlords.

WE OFFER:

• Full Move-in Move-out clean

• Partial Move-in Move-out clean, which involves us cleaning specific area(s) and/or items

OUR END OF TENANCY CLEAN COVERS:

• Dusting, vacuuming, polishing, mopping

• All kitchen worktops, units, cupboards (inside and out)

• All appliances and white goods e.g. fridge, freezer, washing machine, ovens (including hobs, backsplash, extractors)

• All finger-marks, hand prints, blue tac & stains on walls are removed (where possible)

• Cobwebs are removed

• All woodworks are dusted and polished to a high standard, including  skirting, picture rails, bannister rails, doors and widows

• Wall mounted radiators are wiped

• Family bathroom and en-suite are cleaned and descaled, where practical, including toilets, tiles, taps, sinks, shower enclosure, bath, shower head and hose etc.

All our work is guaranteed and insured, and we have the capacity to respond to requests at short notice.

Where the job is instructed by an Estate Agent, an invoice will be issued with payment required within Seven (7) days. Otherwise, we collect payment on the day and promptly issue a receipt.
